Terms and Conditions
SMTBid via SMTBid.com offers an online market for the purchase of used and surplus electronics manufacturing equipment. Unless specifically noted, SMTBid is neither a purchaser nor a reseller, it is a mediator in the sale of the assets listed.
By registering on and/or using SMTBid.com, you agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of SMTBid.com. All services received and offered on SMTBid.com are subject to these terms and conditions. Furthermore, you understand that you are bound by the terms and conditions listed on SMTBid.com.
SMTBid reserves the right to refuse entry onto SMTBid, at its own discretion.
All sales are final and there are no exceptions. There are no refunds and there are no exchanges.
Assets will be sold to the highest bidder, however, SMTBid reserves the right to accept or reject bids at its own discretion.
All assets are sold "AS IS." SMTBid does not guarantee, nor will it be held responsible for, the condition of any items bought, sold or listed on SMTBid.com. It is suggested that all purchasers inspect any items that they purchase or are interested in purchasing.
All payments are due before the removal of any assets. If full payment is not received within 48 hours of the receipt of the invoice, SMTBid reserves the right to terminate the sale and resell any and all assets.
All sales are subject to a buyer's premium whereby SMTBid will collect a 15% premium on the selling price of the good.
Both the seller and SMTBid reserve the right to remove items at any time before or after bidding has finished.
SMTBid is not responsible for any damage to items sold on SMTBid.com or to any persons involved with the sale or purchase of items listed on SMTBid.com.
Assets not removed within the stated timeframe are subject to additional fees including but not limited to storage fees and maintenance costs.
All assets sold will be subjected to local sales tax that is refundable if you are a reseller with a valid reseller certificate, or exporting the equipment . Any tax will be in addition to the selling price for which the item is bought or sold.
The terms and conditions may be changed at any time and they will become effective immediately.
