      The property is located at 2 Heng Yun Road in Yat-Sen Scientific Industrial Park, Tianjin (YSP) 'a sub-area of the national level Tianjin Economic-Technical Development Area(TEDA). YSP is administered by TEDA and enjoys all its preferential policies (subject to individual application). It is in the center of the highly developed Bohai Bay, between Beijing and Tianjin, facing the Pacific Ocean.The almost brand new modern facility was completed in 2005 in accordance with international standards. The construction of the single level high bay manufacturing facility was supervised by Bechtel. The construction area of the steel building is 28,322 sqm, with 19,560 sqm of manufacturing space.
